Beasley twins injured

BiBi & Maxine Beasley were in a serious accident that required several teams of paramedics. BiBi was flown to the ER in a helicopter and Maxine went by ambulance with Beth. They are now in stable condition but have several serious injuries. BiBi did have surgery and is in ICU. Maxine is being monitored closely in a regular room. Beth is sharing her time with both girls. Please keep them all in your thoughts and prayers.

The Tennessee Walking Horse Youth Association (TWHYA) is finalizing plans for their 6th Annual Summer Splash Youth & Halter Show this Saturday, August 10, at Maury County Park in Columbia, Tennessee. Vickey Gilbert of Rogersville, Alabama will judge the 31-class program, which includes just about every class for youth exhibitors and halter horses one can imagine.

The Celebration is continuing to upgrade and beautify the shows grounds, as well as enhance the fan experience. A new mural that was commission by artist, Kristen Seibold was just announced, and she did an amazing job. The mural is located on the brick wall near the Sir Pizza booth.

The Walking Horse Trainers’ Association, located on the historic Celebration grounds, has announced it will, once again, host Shane Shiflet Photography during this year’s TWHNC Celebration. Last year, the WHTA office relocated to the old Gift Shop building, which had been home to Shane Shiflet Photography during the Celebration for the past several years.
