The following letter is the Committee Appointment Letter sent out by the Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders' & Exhibitors Association:
Dear International Board Members and TWHBEA Members:
Committee appointments will be made at our January 7, 2012 Executive Committee meeting. Serving on a committee incurs responsibility and commitment. It may also require attendance at meetings for business to be conducted although most meetings are conducted by conference call. If you desire to work on one of the committees, please indicate your preference on the form below and return it to my attention at the TWHBEA headquarters.
I will forward this information to the appropriate vice-president. Please be aware that it may or may not be possible to accommodate everyone on a committee, but the vice-presidents will appreciate and consider the information received.
If you wish to be considered for committee assignment, please return the form below to our
office no later than December 31, 2011. You may respond by sending the form by mail, email
or fax.
