NCWHA now accepting scholarship applications

The North Carolina Walking Horse Association (NCWHA) is proud to announce the availability of 3 scholarship opportunities for members of the association. The Dr. Michael H. Piet Memorial Scholarship award of $5000, the Lynn Culbreth Memorial Scholarship award of $1000, and the Ronald Mosley Memorial Scholarship award of $1000 will be awarded during the NCCWHS in October. Applicants must be a least a senior in high school for the 2017-2018 school year, accepted by a college or technical school, and undergraduate and graduates students are eligible to apply. Applicants must have been a member of the NCWHA by June 1, 2017 and the application deadline is September 15. A scholarship committee for each respective scholarship will select the recipients.
