North Carolina Championship – September 28th Update

(Editor's Note: the following is a update from the NCWHA on the North Carolina Championship)

After consulting with the WNC Ag Center personnel and a review of the situation in Western North Carolina, the WNC Ag Center and the Executive Committee have reached the decision to cancel the North Carolina Championship, scheduled for next weekend. There are not enough resources in the area to safely handle the influx of individuals for the horse show to the area. We believe the available resources need to be dedicated to helping those in the immediate area. We will continue to communicate with horse show stakeholders moving forward.

Alabama Jubilee Update – September 27
The WHAA has arranged a covered area for warm-up. It is not optimal but is big enough for a few horses at a time to warm up if needed under cover. Read More

The WHAA is proceeding with having the 57th Annual Alabama Jubilee Charity Horse Show. Weather predictions are for rain on Friday during the day and the rain moving out during the late afternoon. It is predicted to just be cloudy on Saturday. Read More

Millionaire's Row exhibits at Homecoming
World Grand Champion and World Champion Millionaire's Row and Bill Callaway were asked to exhibit at the Maury County’s homecoming game and present the game ball to the officials in Columbia, TN on September 20, 2024. Columbia Central and Lawrence County both welcomed the champions to the football field with loud cheers. Owner Jackie Luttrell-Greenwalt along with the Callaway Stables team joined them on the field for the event. Read More
