Online entry system available for Alabama Ladies Auxiliary

The 11th Annual Alabama Ladies Auxiliary Horse Show, will be held Saturday, May 7, at the Morgan County Celebration Arena. Leigh Stuart will mark the cards for this years event and the start time is 5:00 pm. This is a double point Riders' Cup show.

Online entries will be accepted until 11:00 am CST. The entry office on the show grounds will close at 4:30 pm. Online entries can be made at entermywalkinghorse.com.

Proceeds from the show will support Smile-A-Mile and the AWHLA Scholarship Program.

Cottonwood hosts Irish equestrian
Cottonwood Farms hosted Mike Nurse, an avid equestrian from Ireland on his first visit to America. Nurse participates in show jumping in his native Ireland and wanted to ride a performance Tennessee Walking Horse on his visit to America. The entire team at Cottonwood said Nurse was a natural and fit right in on a performance Tennessee Walking Horse. Nurse rode Smokestack Lightning and three-time world champion Ultra Grey Pistol.
