Despite repeated calls to the National Horse Show Commission office on Thursday and Friday of last week, we were unable to gain any further information regarding the Toby Scarbrough hearing.

Lonnie Messick of the NHSC told The Report this morning that attorneys for both sides are still meeting, but he hopes to set a new hearing date by this afternoon.

We will follow with more details in this case as soon as they are learned.
