Putnam Co. Fair selects judge

The Putnam County Fair and Upper Cumberland Walking Horse Association are pleased to announce that Newton Parks of Murfreesboro, Tennessee will judge this year’s event. The show is scheduled for July 14 at the Putnam County Fairgrounds in Cookeville, Tennessee, beginning at 5:00 pm.
