Harley Goad of Jamestown, Tenn., is the 2014 Upper Cumberland Walking Horse Association Scholarship Recipient. She is the daughter of the Chad and Melissa Goad.
 
Harley currently attends Roane State Community College and studies Respiratory Therapy. She has been involved with the Walking Horse Industry for many years, as well as participating in 4-H and FFA during her school career. She currently competes with Bandit's Lucky Charms in the Country Pleasure division.
