SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. – Winner’s Circle has agreed to purchase the assets of World Champion Horse Equipment and will consolidate the two companies beginning in 2012.  The new company will continue operations in Winner’s Circle locations in Shelbyville and Simpsonville, Ky.  Winner’s Circle did not purchase the land or buildings that World Champion Horse Equipment occupied.

“We are confident that the combination of these two companies will produce a consolidated company that will immediately become a leader and dominant force in the equine equipment industry.  We are also confident that the customers of World Champion Horse Equipment will see no difference in the level of service and quality they have come to expect from World Champion.  We are in fact confident that David and Dana will be able to achieve new heights with this purchase,” said World Champion General Manager and Co-Owner Christy Parsons.
